Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Anchor Paint prides itself on providing quality products at low costs to authorized distributors. This philosophy allows dealers to set fair margins on the Anchor products they sell. However, keeping our costs low requires Anchor to collect accounts receivables in a timely fashion. To keep the ultimate cost to dealers low, we appreciate dealers honoring the following Anchor Dealer Program payment terms:

  • Initial Orders – In order to assist Anchor Dealers with the initial stocking order, the payment term for the initial stock order is net-60-days.
  • After the first order, payment terms are net-30-days. Based on Anchor Sales. Management, you may qualify for a 2% rebate for payment within 10 days of purchase.
  • Failure to pay within these terms may void the discounted dealer pricing.
  • Confidentiality: All pricing for Anchor dealers is strictly confidential. We treat our business relationships with you in a confidential manner, and we would appreciate the same consideration from you regarding our pricing policy for Authorized Dealers.
  • Distributors must obtain written authorization for returned goods using the Anchor “RA” process.
