General Description: An acrylic latex developed for use where temperatures may fall below normally recommended levels. Flexi-Coat Plus offers good film formation at temperatures as low as 40 degrees F. The acrylic resin used in this formulation provides excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates providing a long wearing, elastic coating with good crack resistance.
	Common Usage: For use on properly prepared surfaces such as wood, shingles, masonry, block, and galvanized or other non-ferrous metals.

Primer Coats: On unfinished porous surfaces such as concrete block, a block filler should be used prior to finish coats. Otherwise, this product is self-priming. Consult your Anchor representative for specific job recommendations.

Paint only over clean and dry surfaces. Remove all loose paint, oil, grease, dirt, chalk or other contaminants that would hinder the performance of the coating.

	Mixing: Stir thoroughly, making sure no pigment remains on the bottom of the can.
	Thinning: Thin with water only if necessary up to one pint per gallon.
	Surface Temperature: Minimum 40 F Maximum 110 F The surface should be dry and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
	Application Equipment: Airless Spray Pressure: 1800-2400 psi Tip: .015" - 0.017" Conventional Spray Air Pressure: 40-70 psi. Fluid Pressure: 10-20 psi Brush: Use high quality synthetic or nylon bristle brushes. Roller: Use 1/4" - 1 1/4" nap lambswool covers depending on surface
	Cleanup: Use soap and water.
	Application Considerations: Brush, spray or roll. Strain material before spraying. Check color prior to applying as Anchor cannot be responsible for color dissatisfaction after application. Always apply into rather than away from wet edge, overlapping each pass 50%. Avoid touching up, rolling or brushing back into paint more than ten minutes after applying. Touch up when paint is completly dry. Allow to cure ten days before cleaning newly painted surfaces.
	Touch Up: Proper touch-up is accomplished by applying a thin coat of this product over a well coated surface using the same method of application as used to apply the finish coat, that is, spray over spray, roller over roller. If the finish coat is sprayed, it is also possible to spray a small amount into an empty container, then touching up with a foam brush. Touch up should be done within 5 degrees of the original application temperature.
