Product Profile:
General Description:
This product is a clear, water soluble silicone that effectively repels water.
Common Usage:
This product can be used on many above grade exterior vertical surfaces such as block, brick, stucco, hardboard, siding, and natural stone.

Surface Preparation:
The surface must be dry and free of any contaminants that would hinder the performance such as dirt, oils, excessive efflorescence or chalk, form release or curing agents and any loose paint by scraping, wire brushing or pressure washing. Masonry must be cured 28 days. Mold, fungus or mildew must be removed by applying a solution of one part bleach to three parts water and thoroughly rinsing. Repair all structural defects such as cracks, breaks or other flaws prior to application.

The surface should be dry and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Application Equipment:
Airless Spray
Pressure: 1200-2200 psi.
Tip: .011"-.015"
Conventional Spray
Air Pressure: 40-70 psi.
Fluid Pressure: 10-20 psi
Brush: Use a quality synthetic or nylon bristle brush.
Roller: Use 1/4"-1 1/4" nap lambswool covers, depending on surface texture.
Cleanup: Use soap and water.
Application Considerations:
This product can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Apply two wet-on-wet coats evenly to surface and avoid runs or overbuilding of the coating. Coverage will vary between 100-300 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on the porosity and design of the surface. Expect up to 50% more coverage on the second coat.
