General Description:
A high hiding oil-based primer that flows well, sands easily, and leaves no brush marks.

The surface must be free of all dirt, grease, or other contaminants, loose or failing paint, chalking surfaces, rust or moisture.

Application:

Mixing: Stir thoroughly, making sure no pigment remains on the bottom of the can.
Thinning: Thin only if necessary with Anchor #J-1112.
Surface Temperature:
Minimum 40 F Maximum 90 F
The surface should be dry and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Application Equipment:
Airless Spray
Pressure: 1200-2200 psi.
Tip: .011"-.015"
Conventional Spray
Air Pressure: 40-70 psi.
Fluid Pressure: 10-20 psi
Brush: Use a high quality natural china bristle brush.
Roller: Use a 3/8" or a 1/2" synthetic roller cover
Cleanup: Use Anchor #J-1112.
Application Considerations:
This coating allows for brush, roller, or spray application. Always apply into rather than away from the wet edge, overlapping each pass 50%. Avoid touching up, rolling or brushing back into paint more than ten minutes after applying. Touch up when paint is completely dry. Allow the paint to cure at least ten days before cleaning newly painted surfaces.
