Surface Preparation:

The surface must be free of all dirt, grease, or other contaminants,
loose or failing paint, chalking surfaces, rust or moisture. Be sure that all
wide cracks, mortar joints, and any other imperfections are repaired before
painting.

Application Considerations:
This coating can be applied by brush, spray or roller. It is a high solids
product, applying too much on the substrate may result in wrinkling.
Due to the slow drying characteristics of this product, care must be taken to
avoid applications when weather is unstable (wind, rain, etc.) for 24 to 36
hours.
